Mrs. Jewett Dies at 89

THREE FORKS - Susan Jewett, 89, died at her home in Willow Creek Sunday morning.
Mrs. Jewett was born Jan. 20, 1884, in Wright County, Minn. She was reared there.
She married Charles Jewett in Buffalo, Minn., and came to Willow Creek in 1909. She was a member of the Lutheran Church.
Survivors included seven daughters, Mrs. Louella Kirell, Willow Creek; Mrs. Bessie Hoppie, Swatera, Minn., Mrs. Rosalie Barringer, Townsend; Mrs. Theodora Guerrero, Bountiful, Utah; Mrs. Labina Cook, Willow Creek; Mrs. Violet Murray, Three Forks, and Mrs. Agnes Johnston, Helena; three sons, Emery, Livingston; Orville, Willow Creek and Charles, Toppenish, Wash.; one sister, Mrs. Ed Buchanan, Snohomish, Wash., numerous grandchildren, She was preceded in death by her husband and two sons.
Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Lukkason Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery in Three Forks.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
