FOND DU LAC, Wis., Oct 21 – Mrs. Eliza B. Ruggles, a resident of this county for over forty years, died yesterday aged 85 years. She retained the [use?] of her faculties to the last, although she was growing feeble of late. She was the sister of Judge Alexander Collins, formerly of Madison and now of Appleton, and of Mrs. Julius White, of South Evanston, Ill.
