He was born Aug.3, 1929 in Brislow, Okla., and moved to Kermit 22 years ago. He was a retired pumper.
Baileys married Thelma Lee Alsup on Sept. 30, 1950, in Ozarks, Ark.
Survivors include his wife of Kermit: one son, Clifford Baileys Jr., of Canadian; three daughters, Mrs. Linda Bentley of Canyon, Mrs. Barbara Hatley of Seminole and Mrs. Glenna Bramlett of Wink; his mother, Mrs. A.J. Baileys of Oklahoma City, OKla.; two brothers. Donald Ray Baileys of Tulsa, Okla., and C. A. Baileys of Grand Prairie; three
sisters, Mrs. Madeline Cox of Monahans, Mrs. Rhea Davis of Tulsa and Mrs. Ora Fuller of
Oklahoma City, Okla., and seven grandchildren.
