Zaccheus is the son of Samuel Packard and Elizabeth. He married Sarah Howard on abt Feb 1679 in Bridgewater. She is the daughter of John Howard and Martha Hayward.They are the parents of nine children:

"Att the General Court of Elections holden att Plymouth for the Jurisdiction [sic, throughout] of New Plymouth, the fift Day of June, Anno Dom 1678," among "the Constables of the several Townes" was "Zacheus Packer" for Bridgw."
Died, in Bridgewater, August 3, 1723.
Married Sara, daughter of John Howard, of West Bridgewater.
