The funeral of John N. Scharoun will
be held at 8:30 a. m. on Monday at his
late home, 122 Lawrence ave., and 9
o'clock at the Church of the Assumption.
Mr. Scharoun was born and educated
In this city and learned the trade
of glider. He. had worked In Boston,
Chicago and Detroit, but most of the
time he had worked in Syracuse. About
26 years ago, in Utica, he married
Miss Caroline Pussick. Besides his parents
and widow he is survived by seven children.
William of Nebraska, Frederick, who is in the
United States Navy, Miss Florence and Louis
Scharoun of this city, and three younger
children who reside here. He is also
survived by five brothers, the Rev.
Peter W. Scharoun ,of Utlca, Joseph,
Frank and George Scharoun of Syracuse,
Jacob Scharoun of New York, and
three sisters, Venerable Sister Leonorda
O. S. F., of Mt. St. Francis convent,
Peekskill: Mrs. Margaret Heilig of Rochester,
and Mrs. Jacob Nann of this city.
