Tillman Crider received a new Military Headstone on 24 Feb 2017. The installation was done by: Ron Higgins Brown County Veterans Office, Buddy Mercer and Steve Lowry the local Legion Post Commander. Others present were
Vickie and Steve Payne Township Trustee and Valerie Edmonds. Until today he had only a crude piece of sandstone with his initials on it.

PVT Tillman H. Crider served in Co K 55th Indiana Infantry in 1862 and Co K 145th Indiana Infantry 30 Jan 1865 through 21 January 1866. He mustered out at Macon Georgia.

Son of George Washington Crider (1795-1856) and Elizabeth Crosley (1833-1881).

Married Charlotte Polly Fleetwood. Marriage Date:1 Sep 1861
