Indiana State Board of Health Certificate of Death No. 5, page 24, for Johnson Township, Brown County records that Charlotta Crider, white female, age about 78y, and a widow, died around 4 p.m. on April 24, 1907 in Johnson Township. The cause of death was "Pulmonary Tuberculosis." She was the daughter of Zac Polly [sic-Polley], and her mother's maiden name was not known to the informant, her brother, George W. Polley of Elkinsville. She was buried at Polley Hill Cemetery in Brown County on April 25, 1907, J. M. Hise of Houston, Indiana, undertaker.
