Actor. Born Tyler Glenn Duff Jr., who added 'Mac' to his name to avoid confusion with actor Howard Duff. He joined the U.S. Navy during World War II (WWII) in 1943. He drove an LCVP Landing Craft in the first wave of the invasion of Saipan and Guam in 1944. Duff was present when Gen. Douglas MacArthur "returned" to the Philippines in 1945. After the war, he attended and graduated from the famed Pasadena Playhouse in 1952. He mostly appeared in television series, such as "The Adventures of Superman", "The Lone Ranger", and "Perry Mason". He also was the dialogue director on the television series "Perry Mason" and "Ironside". He was married to Beverlie Mae Anderson, with whom he had three children. He was 82 years old when he died.
