Eugenia L. Grimm (nee Fanning) Age 82, of Bloomington, MN Born on August 10th, 1928 in Rolfe, IA, and passed away on May 13th, 2011. She is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, John D. Grimm. Survived by sons, Ron (Marie); only grandchild Katherine; John, and Dan (Nan). She was a long-time cancer survivor, retired from Minnegasco, served as an officer of the Lamplighters, and volunteered with Feed the Starving Children. For many years she was actively involved with the United Methodist Church developing Elementary Christian Education. Her many interests included golf, bowling, bridge, and quilting. She was a charter member of the MOA Mall Walkers and blessed with many friends she met on her life journey. Memorials preferred to donor's choice. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Funeral Service will be held Wed., May 18th, 11AM at Emerson Congregational Church, 7601 Girard Ave. S., Richfield, MN. The visitation will be held Tue., May 17th from 5-8PM at: Washburn-McReavy Werness Brothers Chapel 2800 W. Old Shakopee Rd. 952-884-8145
