FORT WORTH - Mary "Mamie" Vaught, 89, a homemaker, died Wedneday at a Fort Worth hospital.

Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday at Laurel Land Funeral Home in Fort Worth. Burial: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: 7 to 9 tonight at the funeral home.

Mary Vaught was born May 29, 1907, in Navarro County.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl B. Vaught, in 1977. She was an active member of Park Temple Baptist Church for 48 years and was a wonderful mother who loved God and her many friends.

Survivors: Son, George Vaught of The Colony; daughters, May Bell Terrell and Helen Lawson, both of Fort Worth; sister, Etta Graham of Waxahachie; nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
