On May 10, 1910, she was united in marriage to Glenn Middleton, and to this union were born four children, Gertrude Wall, who preceded her in death, Max S. of Carlisle, Iowa, Fred E. of Omaha, Neb., and Janette of Pleasantville, with whom she resided. She also leaves two granddaughters, one grandson, and five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Henry Carp, and an infant sister.
In her early childhood she became a member of the First Christian Church of Pleasantville and was dedicated to her church work until health prevented her from taking an active part.
Services were held Wednesday, Oct. 2, at Mason's Funeral Home, with Rev. Duane Churchman of Carlisle, officiating. Burial was in the Pleasantville cemetery.
