Franklin Snyder Peck, 86, died April 1, 1964, in the Brigham City Hospital, after a ten day illness.

He was born on August 16, 1877, in Salt Lake City, Utah, a son of William Page and Olive Jenne Peck. The family moved to Centile Valley in 1873, where he was raised. He attended Oneida Stake Academy in Preston, Idaho and the University of Utah.

He married Mary E McMillan in 1897 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They made their home in Fielding, Utah, until 1919, when they moved to Garland, Utah. He had been a farmer and stock dealer.

An active church worker, he had been Secretary of Bear River Stake YMMIA for 10 years, Ward Clerk for 6 years, and served as a Ward Teacher.

Surviving are his widow, Garland, Utah; one son and two daughters: Millan Peck, Seattle, Washington; Mrs J Delos (Triva) Thompson, Brigham City, Utah; and Mrs Wesley (Jennie) Gephart, Tremonton, Utah; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one brother, Leo Peck, St Anthony, Idaho.

Burial was held in the Fielding City Cemetery, Fielding, Utah.
