Mr. Baum was born Sept. 25, 1949 in Roosevelt, Utah.
He was employed as a stockman for Evergreen Hardward.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy; three daughters, Angela, Laurie and Angel; a son, Joey; six brothers, Ray, Norbert, LaVerle, Bradford, Wayne and Ferris; and four sisters, Margie, Evelyn, Madge and Dolores.
Services for Mr. Baum were Dec. 18 at the LDS Church in Cottonwood.
Graveside services will be held in Fruitland Jan. 9 at 1 p.m.
