Mrs. Hulda Newman, formerly Miss
Hulda Ontls of Jerseyville,
the daughter of William Ontis of
Nutwood District, passed away Sunday
night in a St. Louis hospital. The
remains were brought to Jerseyville
Wednesday morning and were accompanied
by the son of the deceased, Mark Newman.
Funeral services were held at two
o'clock this afternoon from the Hartford
Church, and interment was in the
Hartford Cemetery, west of Grafton
