ADDICKS, ANNE (POLEN), died June 21, 2011 in Philadelphia, PA. She is survived by Bonnie Schwartz, Ann Burns, Amy Aezen and Jack Miller. She taught opera and German at the University of Pennsylvania, Bryn Mawr College, Rosemont College, Chestnut Hill College and the Academy of Vocal Arts. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. at Adath Jeshurun Cemetery on Monday, June 27, 2011. Contributions in her memory may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
