James Arthur Rabner, 69, of Escondido died Dec. 29. He was born in Los Angeles. Mr. Rabner was a communications technician with Bell Telephone company, AT&T and at Lucent Technology. He served in the Navy during the Korean War and the the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his daughters, Laurie Rabner and Jennifer Rabner, both of Escondido, Lynn Kelly (Rabner) of Valley Springs and Lisa Hodges (Rabner) of Laverne, Tenn; sons, Special Agent Donald Rabner of Oregon, 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
