He met & married Daisy Mozelle (Mozelle) Bost. They had one child:
- Nevie Darlene Bost
H. M. Bost was a big, light-hearted, fun, and boisterous man. He always had a smile and loved to tease and have fun. Everything H.M. did was "big". In our family, everyone joked that the huge mason jars he drank iced tea out of were dubbed "H.M. glasses"...and, he always seemed to have an endless supply of duct tape around for fixing anything that broke...and, it was lovingly labeled "H.M. tape". His laughter and fun-loving personality are still missed, even now.
Never will forget: there were more than a few Christmas gatherings were gifts were exchanged and Uncle H.M. was either the recipient of a wrapped-up brick, or the giver of a wrapped-up brick...that brick went around, quite a bit, if I recall...TOO FUNNY!
H.M. served his country in the U.S. Army. His enlistment papers state he enlisted for Military Service with the U.S. Army on December 26, 1945 at Cp Roberts, California, USA, with a Term of Enlistment: Hawaiian Department.
Rest In Peace, Uncle H.M. We miss your laughter and your quirky & fun attitude!!
