Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Learned Holmes, 83, wife of the late Dr. W. N. Holmes and former resident of Dallas 15 years who died in Lebanon Tennessee Monday, will be conducted by Dr. Paul F. Bobb Thursday morning at Grove Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Holmes was a native Tennesseean and came to Dallas in 1920 with Dr. Holmes, who had retired from a practice in Nashville. He died in Dallas ten years ago. She lived here with a daughter, Mrs. J. C. Peyton, until they moved to Lebanon several years ago. Here she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.

The body will arrive in Dallas at 9:30 a. m. Thursday. Services will follow at the grave.

Surviving are four sons, Dr. Palmer Holmes and Jack Holmes, Augusta, Georgia; Leonard Holmes, Fresno, Californoa; and Julian Holmes, Phoenix, Arizona; two daughters, Mrs. Peyton of Lebanon and Miss Sue Holmes, Nashville; seven grandchildren; seven great-gandchildren.
