Frances Annalee "Annie" Bibbee, 82, of Mineral Wells, passed away June 16, 2011, at the Camden Clarck Medical Center, Memorial Campus.
She was born July 12, 1928, in Gilmer county a daughter of the late Carl and Mary Carr Radcliff.
She was a retired cook for the Wood County Board of Education. She was a member of Sams Creek Baptist Church and the Washington Homemakers Club. Annie enjoyed crafts, baking, and cooking.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Charles Ernest Bibbee, of Mineral Wells; son Jim Bibbee, of Davisville; daughter Brenda Young, of SC; grandson Tim Bibbee (Sarah), of Mineral Wells; granddaughter Wendy Mundy (Keith), of Parkersburg; grandsons David Young (Kathy) and Clayton Young (Tammy) both of SC; brothers Carroll, Clavorn, and Blaine Radcliff all of Mineral Wells, Manuel Radcliff, of OH, and Delmas Radcliff, of Parkersburg; 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers Dale and Harry Radcliff; and sisters Bernice Wagoner, Gladys Jones, and Earnestine Bibbee.
Services will be Monday 1pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home Parkersburg, with Pastor Carl Radcliff and Bob Watkins officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-8 pm.
