Earnestine Ann Radcliff Bibbee, 66, of Mineral Wells passed away Sept. 25, 2006, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Gilmer County, W.Va., daughter of the late Carl J. and Mary Carr Radcliff. She was a member of Sams Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Lisa Bibbee of Mineral Wells; a son, Arthur Bibbee Jr. of Mineral Wells; a sister, Francis Annalee of Mineral Wells; five brothers, Carroll Radcliff, Clavorn Radcliff and Blaine Radcliff, all of Mineral Wells, Manuel Radcliff of Delaware, Ohio, and Delmas Radcliff of Washington, W.Va.; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Bibbee Sr. in 2001; a brother, Dale Radcliff; infant brother, Harrison Radcliff; and two sisters, Bernice Waggoner and Gladys Jones.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, south Parkersburg, with the Rev. Robert Watkins officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memory Gardens Garden of Prayer. Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home
