Barbourville, Ky-Willie Cupp, 74, passed away Thursday, Aug 26 1993, at Baptist Regional Hospital, Corbin, Ky. He was born April 26, 1919 at Cubbage, a son of the late Jim Cupp and Caroline Miracle Cupp. He was a retired press operator for the Ford Motor Company. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Willie Gene and Maggie Cupp, San Antonio, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Tony Aguirre, Pathfork, four sisters, his twin Bessie Gibbons, Williamsburg, Ky, Sarah Pittman and Lily Hunley, both of Cubbage, Gracie Lundy, Stanford, Ky; brothers and sisters-in-law, Paul and Marlene Cupp, with whom he made his home with for the past five years of Barbourville, Mattie Cupp, Golden, Colo, Abby Cupp, Middlesboro, Leland Cupp, Miracle, Jim Cupp, Cubbage; three grandchildren, Holy, Tina and Jonathan; and many nieces and nephews. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Creech Funeral Home with the Rev. Troy Young presiding. Burial will be in the Green Hills Cemetery, Middlesboro. Pallbearers will be Roy Taylor, Howard Cup, H.D. Hunley, Grant Saylor, Doug Dingus, and John Cox.
