Kay Alexander-Hopkins, 72, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, June 9, 2011. Funeral: 12:30 p.m. Saturday, June 18, in Laurel Land Chapel of Chimes with Pastor Charles Searcy officiating. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Laurel Land Funeral Home of Fort Worth.

Kay was born June 22, 1938, in Fort Worth. She was a member of Hemphill Baptist Temple, where she loved and was loved by everyone. Special thanks to all North Pointe staff, Dolly, Helen and Mary Bell, both Mirandas, Becky, Charlene, Joe, James, Amber and Mariana. Kay was preceded in death by her first husband, Garland Alexander; second husband, Wallace Hopkins; and brother, Bobby Wildt.

Survivors: Martha and Eldon; Linda and Wally; Mae and James; Jean Wildt; Trina, Donnie, Kristin, Paige, Chase, Butch and family; Pam; Debbie and family; Gail Richards; Cindy and family; Ricky and family; Phyllis and family; Edith; and T.O.P.S. Pals.
