Son of Daniel and Catherine "Kate" Wolfe Fair. Brother of Isaac Fair buried in the Birdsboro Cemetery, Birdsboro, PA. Brother of Reuben D. Fair buried in the Charles Evans Cemetery, Reading, PA. Grandson of Marks and Catherine Moyer Fair. Great-grandson of Johannes Fahr aka John Fair of Caernarvon Twp., Berks County, PA. George lived at 242 Chestnut St., Pottstown, Montgomery County, PA

George's grave had no marker, so I decided in June of 2011 to purchase one for him. George is my 2nd great granduncle. His marker was set September of 2011.

I am bound to them, though I cannot see their eyes or hear their voices. I honor their history. I cherish their lives. I will tell their story. I will remember them.

Peaceful be thy silent slumber,
Peaceful in thy grave so low;
Thou no more wilt join our number,
Thou no more our sorrows know.
Yet again we hope to meet thee,
When the day of life has fled;
And in Heaven with joy to greet thee
Where no farewell tears are shed.
