Peace Madison Gaddis attended Mangham High School in La. He entered the U.S. Army in 1938 and later transferred to U.S.A.F. His overseas tour included India during World War II, France, Germany, Newfoundland, Hawaii, Keflavick, Iceland, and Berlin, Germany. After 24 years of service he retired as a Master Sergeant.
