Mr. Ledbetter, a factory worker for Wilson Sporting Goods, died Wednesday, September 29, 1999, at Cookeville Regional Hospital.
Born December 3, 1944, in Overton County, he was the son of the late Emmitt and Omega Brown Ledbetter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Bobbie Kay Hoover; and a sister, Tina Perdue.
He was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife, Annette Ledbetter, Livingston; a son, Shawn Ledbetter, Livingston; two brothers, Donnie Ledbetter, Alabama, and Danny Carl Ledbetter, Detroit, MI; and a sister, Geraldine Cannon, Livingston.
Pallbearers were Shawn Ledbetter, Willie Hughes, Shannon Kinsler, Timmy Winningham, Brian White, Jeremy Swallows, Robert Kellar, and Tony Cannon.
