Mr. Ledbetter died July 21, 2006 at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was born August 17, 1949 in Overton County to the late Emmitt and Omega Brown Ledbetter.
He was a retired factory worker with Chrysler Motor Company.
He was a member of Walnut Grove Church of Christ and a member of UAW.
He is survived by 2 daughters, Valerie Kraft and Angela Vanhaverbek, sons, Joseph Wayne Ledbetter and David Ledbetter, all of MI; 4 grandchildren; a sister, Geraldine Cannon of Livingston; a brother Donnie Ray Ledbetter of
Athens, AL; brother-in-law, Robert Pardue of Livingston; special niece, Janice Ugorawski of St. Clair, MI; and 2 aunts, Belle Harris and Myrtle McDonald.
He is preceded in death by his parents, sister; Tina Pardue, brother Doy Ledbetter, half-sister; Dorothy Gore, Ethel Hooks, and Bernice Brown, and half-brother; Oliver Ledbetter.
Serving as pallbearers were Leo Willis, Danny McDonald, Jerry Harris, J.B. Harris, Billy Joe Gore, and Gary McDonald.
