Daniel C. Ifert, prominent farmer of Woodfield, Montgomery county, died at his home Friday, aged 69 years. He was a son of the late Abraham Noah Ifert and was born in Middletown. For a number of years he was assistant superintendent of the Woodfield M. E. Church and a teacher in the men’s Bible class. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Anna M. Ifert and the following children: Mrs. Norman Burdette, Mrs. Edward Keith, Mrs. Ernest B. Lewis, Woodfield; Noah C. Ifert, Damascus; Christopher D. Ifert, Sykesville; Johanna L. Ifert, Woodfield. Funeral from Wesley Grove M. E. church, Woodfield, Sunday morning at 11 o’clock. Interment in Middletown. Roy W. Barber, funeral director.
