William G. Aaron Jr. (Bill) passed away June 5, 2011 in Evanston. He was born on June 24, 1944 in Evanston to William G. Aaron Sr. and Clara Burdett Aaron.

Bill is survived by his sister, Barbara J. McFadden (Oren) and a brother, Stephen C. Aaron and wife Sharlyn and nieces Amanda McFadden, Stephanie Aaron, and Shara Aaron, and nephews, Sean McFadden, and Grant Aaron.

He is preceded in death by a daughter, Danielle Kathryn Aaron; wife, Kathy Mae Ellingford Aaron; and sister Beverlee A. Aaron; and his parents.

Bill was educated in Evanston schools, graduating from E.H.S. in 1962. He attended Weber State College where he started the college rodeo team. In 1963 he was called on an LDS mission to Scotland for two years. After returning, he went to Utah State for a year where he was a member of the Rodeo Club.

He then enlisted in the Air Force serving primarily at Wheeler AFB in Hawaii. After completing that commitment, he returned to Evanston and worked at the Wasatch lumber mill. He married Kathy on August 9, 1975.

For the past 36 years, he has worked for FMC. Bill loved horses, hunting and the out of doors. He participated in competitive reining horse competitions, winning first and second prizes.

A funeral service will be held at Crandall Funderal Home at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, June 8, at Crandall Funeral Home in Evanston. Friends may call on the family at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.

Interment will follow services at the Evanston Cemetery.
