Family moved to Ashfield, Massachusetts. Married to Aaron MILLER June 21, 1808. Relocated to Wyoming, NY in winter 1812 by ox sled. Settled farm. Refused to flee Indian alarm with others to Red Brook Gulf until they saw some danger. May 1817 "gruesome accident of Artemus Shattuck" near their house, AS's life saved & he became Baptist preacher. Mother of 7: Orange, Elmina, Parley, Jared, Addison, John Sears, Sarah.
