Hamilton Jr. married Fannie REASER (Reesor?) on 13 Feb 1881 in Poinsett County, Arkansas. Their banns of matrimony were published in Poinsett Co. on 8 Feb 1881. The actual image of this marriage information may be found on FamilySearch.org and it indicates she married "Hamilton Scott, jr.".
They had at least two daughters: Nannie born in 1881 and Bessie born in 1885. They possibly had two more children who died before 1900 as after Hamilton's death in 1888, his wife remarried and indicated on the 1900 census that she was the mother of five children with three living at the time of the 1900 census. The fifth child of Fannie's was with her 2nd husband, William Buchanan.

For many years the old Scott Cemetery in Weiner has been know as the Moyers Cemetery. The Hamilton Scott family donated the land for the cemetery and Nannie Scott, daughter of Hamilton, inherited the land which included the cemetery. She married W.R. Moyer and through the years the cemetery became known as the Moyers Cemetery.
There are only five stones in the cemetery today, but years ago there were many stones and also an iron fence.
DIRECTIONS. The Scott Cemetery is located on School Street. From Highway 49 take West Third Street to the Weiner High School Gymnasium, turn right and drive north .25 mile or so and the cemetery is on the right, just south of Charles Cooper's home.
**Nannie Scott was the daughter of Hamilton Scott, Jr. and Fannie REASER/REESOR. Given that Hamilton Scott, Jr. died so young, I have to wonder if it wasn't Hamilton, Sr.'s land that was donated for the cemetery but it could have been either.
