Raymond--Services for Eston W. Kuyrkendall, 72, of 6420 Lafayette Road, will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Parrott and Wood Funeral Home, Waterloo, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery, Waterloo. He died at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Schoitz Memorial Hospital, Waterloo.
He was born Jan. 13, 1906, in Union, son of John and Matilda Mathews Kuyrkendall. He married Thelma Butler Nov. 27, 1933, in Marshalltown.
He was a farmer and carpenter and was building inspector for the city of Raymond for many years.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Gene of Adel; a daughter, Mrs. Arlene Stocks of 544 Adrian St. Waterloo; three sister, Mrs. Hazel Huber of Marshalltown, Mrs. Edith Langhoff of Sarasota, Fla., and Mrs. Wanda Banks of Kansas City, Kan.; a brother. John, of Cortez, Colo., and six grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home until time of service.
