Connie's hobbies included reading, writing, learning, sewing, painting, gardening, and bird watching. She found her greatest joy in her five children, 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and their accomplishments.
She is survived by her husband, Jack; daughter, Debbie Farr (husband, Michael) of Eugene, Oregon; son, Jack Ray Taylor (wife, Ronda Brown) of St. George, Utah; daughter, Keely Giles (husband, Craig) of Pleasant Grove, Utah; and son Adam Taylor (wife, Julie Liston), of Pleasant Grove, Utah. A daughter Lisa, age 10, died in an accident in 1964. Connie was preceded by her parents, two brothers, Frank and Randy Bennett, and four sisters, Joyce Moss Peterson, Coleen Allen, Lova Peters, and Idonna Adamson.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 10, 2011 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 425 East 5th North in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Interment will take place at the American Fork Cemetery.
Our blessed wife, mother, and grandmother will be remembered for her caring selfless service, her extreme wit and intelligence, and her creative and artistic talents. She loved nature, taught her posterity the value of hard work, and enjoyed God's creations every day.
