Hannah's surname is questionable. "Hannah has been tagged as a Watson by researchers, because of the statement Benjamin Watson made in his will, "My brother-in-law, William Allen". Wm was a brother-in-law because he married William's sister, Aggy. Hannah died about 22 March, 1719 in St Peters Parish, VA."

William Allen, Jr. resided along "Hunts Creek" (branch of Slate River), Albemarle (later Buckingham) Co., VA. Will of William Allen was written in 1751 and Pierre Chastain (Jr.) was a witness to his will. Pierre Chastain, Jr. was the son of Dr. Pierre and Anne Soblet, Sr., Son of William and Ann (Hudson) Allen, Sr.
