FEHLER, ALINE ELEANOR, 87, passed away on June 2, 2011.
She was the former, Aline Eleanor Gries. She was a lifetime member of St. Paul Catholic Church where she was a member St. Paul Women's Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Fehler. Survivors include her daughters, Donna Blanks (James), Sharon Epperly (Ed) and Martha Pyles; four grandchildren, Stacy, James, Cory and Ryan; three great-grandchildren, Leslie, Eric and Conner; her sisters, Henrietta Gries and Delores Hester; nieces, Darlene, Pat and Pam; nephews, Jerry, Billy and Kevin; great-nieces, Kimberly, Dana, Heather, Christa, Tess, Brooke, Erin and Tracy; and great-nephews, Wayne, Denny, David, Lenny, Matthew, Lindsey, Kevin and Chris. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Paul Catholic Church, 6901 Dixie Hwy., with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2 8 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. Memorial gifts may be made to Kosair Children's Hospital, Stroke Unit, U of L. Hospital, 530 S. Jackson, Louisville, KY,40202.
