Martha K. Sutton, age 93, passed away Monday, May 30, 2011. The daughter of Emil Krueger and Dorothea (Dora) Hartz. She was a very loving sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She was born at home on the family farm in Emporia, Kansas along with all of her brothers and sisters. She worked hard to support her family and retired at the late age of 89. As a child, she watched the covered wagons and one of the first model T's pass by the farm. She was preceded in death by all five brothers, Joseph, Albert, John, Fred and Harry, also by five sisters, Frances, Ethel, Dorothy, Helen and Isabella. She is survived by her loving youngest sister, Josephine Krueger of Emporia, Kansas; her two sons, James H. Sutton of West Bountiful, Utah; and Robert L. Sutton of Kaysville, Utah. Martha is also survived by five grandchildren. 16 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Private family services were held.
