Coltrane rites at Stockport
Stockport--Services for Hazel A. Coltrane, 90, longtime resident of the Stockport Community, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Stockport Methodist Church with the Rev. David Kennedy officiating. Burial will be in Hickory Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call at their convenience at the Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield. Memorials may be made to the Stockport Methodist Church.
Hazel A. Coltrane died Wednesday at 11 p.m. at the Jefferson County Hospital where she had been a patient for one day.
She was born Dec. 7, 1894, in Floral, Kansas. She was the daughter of Alfred and Eva Carter Anderson. Her marriage to Floyd C. Coltrane took place Dec. 24, 1919 in Mount Pleasant. He died June 13, 1953.
Survivors include a daughter, Reba Pratt, Fort Madison; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by a daughter and three brothers.
Mrs. Coltrane was a member of the Stockport Methodist Church, Eastern Star at Stockport and the American Legion Auxiliary.
