Charles retired as a Mechanic from Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg.
He was a member of the Shippensburg Veterans of Foreign Wars Post.
Charles is survived by his wife: Phyllis A. Gontz; his daughters: Pamela D. Gontz of Lancaster and Lee Ann Hocker of Harrisburg; his granddaughter; his sisters: Anna Margaret Martin of Shippensburg and Ruth Rotz of Shippensburg; and his brothers: Luther of Orrstown and Ralph of Shippensburg.
There will be no Viewing or Visitation.
Grave-side Services will be held at 01:30 PM on Friday, March 29, 1996 in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
