Funeral services were Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Interment followed in Glenwood Memorial Park, Richland.
Mr. Bland was a member of Pearl United Methodist Church and a U.S. Army veteran of WWII, the Korean War and Berlin Wall Crisis. He was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Curt and Lillian Bland, and also his beloved wife of 63 years, Mary Adlae Bland, who passed in 2010.
Survivors include sons, Ronald Bland and friend Kathy Carter, Keith Bland and wife Connie and Stephan Bland and wife Jan; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
