Mrs. a. Priest who formerly resided at Polk, but for the past eight weeks has been making her home with her sister, Mrs. John Miller, on Sandusky street, died here on Wednesday afternoon, after an illness dating back for some little time. the trouble that terminated her life seemed to baffle the skill of several physicians who had attended her, and a post mortem examination was held shortly after her demise. It was found that she had been a great sufferer from a serious cancerous condition of the liver, which had assumed such a state that medical skill was powerless to save her. She was a most excellent lady and her death is a source of deep regret to her many friends who held her in the highest esteem.
Funeral services at Nankin Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. Short services at the Miller home on Sandusky street at 9 o'clock.
