Bridgewater,Va., Sept. 13.—-One of the largest funeral processions that ever passed through Bridgewater was that which followed the remains of Mrs. Josepn H. Ward this morning to their last resting place in the German Baptists cometory.
It was a touching evidence of the high regard in which Mrs. Ward was held and of the sympathetic desire to pay a last tribute of respect to her memory, and of the sorrow so deeply felt for the aged father and mother, husband and his little children, sisters and brother. In fact, the whole community mourns with those who mourn the loss of a loved one whose many acts of kindness will be greatly missed.
