Marshall- In Oakland March 11, 1943. Louis dearly beloved husband of Louise Marshall, loving father of Clarence Marshall and Mrs. Zelda Oschegger, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Marshall, brother of Mrs. Mary Rogers, grandfather of Clarence Marshall Jr., Dolores, Yvonne and Diane Oschegger; a native of Oakland aged 48 years. A member of Operating Engineers' union, Local no. 3.

Friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral on Monday, March 15, 1943, at 9 a.m.from East Lawn Chapel, East Fourteenth Street at Fifth Avenue thence to Saint Francis de Sales' Church, where a requiem mass will be celebrated for the repose of his soul, commencing at 9:30 o'clock interment St. Joseph's Cemetery (San Pablo) Recitation of the Rosary Sunday evening at 8 o'clock.

Buried along side Louis is his nephew Melvin Rogers son of William Paul Rogers and Mary Ann Marshall.
