HENRY STERN, 92, of Toms River, died Sunday at home. He was an analyst for Western Electric, Kearny, for 42 years,retiring in 1973. He was a member of the Western Electric Retiree's Association and the Holiday City Silverton Fishing Club. Born aboard the SS Patricia at sea, he lived in Jersey City until moving to Toms River in 1970.
Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Mahler Stern; a son, Henry R. of Asheville NC; a daughter, Dorothy Clancy of Toms River;p five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Private services were held. Silverton Memorial Funeral Home, Toms River, was in charge of arrangements.
