1. Pay all my debts, funeral expenses, and expenses of my last sickness. Erect a suitable monument at my burial place.
2. To my son DORY ALBERT McGAUGHEY - $500.
3. To my beloved wife, MARGARET McGAUGHEY, all of my real estate for her natural life. She shall have possession, control, and all rents and profits as long as she lives. At her death it is to be divided among my children.
4. All the remainder of my personal estate I give to my wife MARGARET McGAUGHEY, and my children, STELLA RUSSELL, WILLIAM EDWARD McGAUGHEY, LIZZIE ZOOK, CLARA HOLLINGSWORTH, and DORY ALBERT McGAUGHEY, share and share alike.
5. All my life insurance is to be paid to my wife MARGARET McGAUGHEY.
