William Henry Sanderson, age 69, died April 2, 1993 at his home in Enoch. He was born September 27, 1923 in Helper, Utah to Philip Hurst and Julia Emmaline Tucker Sanderson. William was a very active member of the LDS church. He served his country during WWII in the US Navy and was a member of the Salt Lake Amerian Legtion. He was an author of various essays, technical articles and a member of the Poet Society. He was a member of the Salt Lake Range Management where he served as President, Vice President and Secretary. William was a US Forest Service Conservationist from 1951-1972.
