He was born May 21, 1943 in American Fork, Utah, to Frank and Emmaline Tucker Miller.
Frank was a loving husband, amazing father, authentic friend to many, and very generous to anyone in need. He was a successful inventor and entrepreneur. After building a very prosperous business, Frank retired in 2006 in Wellington.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Doris Miller; daughter, Chantelle DeSantis and many siblings.
Survived by his daughter, Diane and Mike Bingham; son, Troy and Jan Miller; his sisters, Mona Webb, JoAnn Bagley and Beverly Wood; brother, Eldon Miller, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 12, 2017, 11:00 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price where the family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Interment will be immediately following the funeral at Cliffview Cemetery in Price.
