Mrs. Pauline (Polly) Wiggins, 68, of Hamburg, died Friday, May 27, 2011 at the Stonegate Villa Health & Rehabilitation Center in Crossett.
Mrs. Wiggins was a native of Pineville, Louisiana; a resident of Hamburg for the past 11 years and a former resident of Wilmot, Clinton Oklahoma and Ruston Louisiana for many years.
She worked for Holiday Inn for over 25 years and she worked as a ward clerk at the Lincoln General Hospital in Ruston, Louisiana. She won many awards from the Dale Carnegie courses that she took. She attended the First United Pentecostal Church in Crossett.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Eugene Wiggins in 1994; her mother, Johnnie Burchman Benedict and two sisters.
She is survived by two sons, Daniel Wiggins of South Palm Beach, Florida and Reuben Wiggins of Venita, Oklahoma; three daughters, Glenda Gilbert of Baltimore, Maryland; Rene Bowles of Hamburg and Cynthia Frost of Lubbock, Texas; two step-daughters, Kathy Brooks of Richmond, Texas and Mae Lee Hobbs of West Monroe, Louisiana; two brothers, John & James Benedict both of Pineville, Louisiana and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services are 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 1, 2011 in the chapel of Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home with Rev. Dean Walsworth and Rev. Larry Hickman officiating.
Burial will be in the Hamburg Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Levi Frost, Zachary Frost, Eugene Bowles, Arnold Frost, Tom Gilbert, Lee Sellers, Kirk Brooks and Alex Gilbert.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
