Mrs. Doris Blitsch, 51, of 1623 Hawthorne St., Cedar Falls, died at 6:15 p.m. Friday at Schoitz Memorial Hospital of a heart attack.

She was born March 13, 1917, in Waterloo, the daughter of Raymond and Mae *Speicker Jay. She had been employed in he credit department of Penney's Department Store.

She married Robert Blitsch March 1, 1940, in the Little Brown Church in Nashua, They lived in Waterloo until 1948, when they moved to Cedar Falls.

Mrs. Blitsch was a member of St. Ansgar's Lutheran Church in Waterloo.

She is survived by a son, Robert, in the Army at Fort Polk, La.; two daughters, Mrs. JoAnn Rockey, 1603 Mandalay Drive, Cedar Falls, and Debra, at home; two sisters, Miss Betty Jay, of 1019 South St., and Mrs. Robert *Sarcet, of Mason City; two brothers, Paul, 251 Parkview Blvd., and Robert, of 204 Grand Blvd., Cedar Falls.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, in 1966.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow at St. Ansgar's Lutheran Church. The Rev. Kenneth Strucker, pastor, will officiate.

Burial win be in Elmwood Cemetery.
