****Oglethorpe County Georgia Fourth Edition, by Historic Oglethorpe Inc. 2009 This cemetery is designated Cemetery, L-16.
I believe this is Captain Thomas W. Arnold, born march 4, 1727 Farquier County, Virginia, died Feb 17, 1795 Surry County, North Carolina (he was from Oglesthorpe County, Georgia in the late 1700's). His wife was Mary Jennings Arnold who is also buried in this cemetery. William W. Arnold, Sr. who is buried in this cemetery (1751-1832)was the son of Capt Thomas & Mary Jennings Arnold. William W had 3 wives, Agnes Jennings was #1, Anne Patterson was #2 and Nancy Elkins (1751-1833) was #3. Thought this info might help you link these family members together.
