Mrs. Vee was born in Garfield, Minnesota on November 9, 1921. She peacefully entered into rest on April 9, 2007. After marrying her lifelong soul mate, Elvin Vee, on January 13, 1942, they moved to Spokane, WA in 1951 to raise their family. Clarice worked at both the Davenport Hotel and eventually retired from Holy Family Hospital. After retirement she loved spending time with her family and tending to her flower garden. She also enjoyed being a member of Eagles, Sons of Norway and the VFW. Mrs. Vee is preceded in death by her brother Archie Botner, son Arley Vee and grandson Cory Lee Peterson. Survivors include two brothers, Orville Botner and Bernie Botner, both of Minnesota. She also leaves behind a son, Ron Vee; her daughter, Evonne (Cal) Edwards; and her daughter-in-law, Marsha Vee. Besides her brothers and children she will also be greatly missed by eight grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
