Died, A.M. Blair, of senile gangreene (sic), caused by ossification of the of the arteries. Aged seven-nine years, six months and twenty days. Mr. Blair was born in Washington County Tennessee, and moved to Brown County Ohio, with his parents when seven years of age. He came to Pawnee County, Kansas, in June, 1876, and settled in Pleasant Valley Township. He was recognized as one of our best citizens and was honored by all men. He joined the Methodist Episcopal Church when twenty-two years of age and has been since proven himself a worthy member.
